My first experience of yoga was as an excise to keep my body fit, it was 10 years ago.
Without knowing the meaning of yoga, it still made me felt better and lighter after each class.
When I had started knowing the power of breath, the aim of my practice changed.
A continuous rhythm of breath awakens and reconnects you to a stronger and thought-free self as we move with the breaths.
