I'm Valeska, a wellness practitioner with a passion for helping humans unlock their inner light and find balance within, leading journeys through the consciousness for a deeper self exploration & self realisation. I specialise in creating safe and nurturing containers that facilitate transformation.

With a deep connection to my clients, I intuitively build unique sessions that meet their specific needs and goals.

My journey began with a desire to explore the world beyond my comfort zone, which led me to travel to countries far from my home in France.

As I explored holistic practices such as yoga, I discovered the power of connecting body, mind, and soul. My fascination with Hatha Yoga and Tantrik Hatha Yoga inspired me to explore and ultimately teach these practices.

I later encountered Tantra, a spiritual tradition, which emphasises the integration of physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the self. It provided me techniques that aim to expand consciousness and access a state of unity or oneness with the divine / Source / Universe while understanding & deepening the journey of being a Human on Earth. Tantra views all aspects of life, including sexuality, as potential pathways to spiritual growth and enlightenment.

It also focuses on the importance of the relationship between the individual and the divine, and the interconnectedness of all beings and the universe.

A whole new approach that taught me a different realm where light shines through all aspects of human beings.
