The teachings of Yoga are a wonderful way for people to be empowered through exploring the relationship we have with ourselves and to learn healthy and balanced ways to lead a vibrant life. Our thoughts create our reality. Yoga helps us to navigate our choices so that we can live with purpose fulfillment and authenticity. The practice of yoga nurtures an infinite space to grow, learn and experience your true inner self. Yoga opens you to the possibility that we can be fully responsible for the transformation of our own health, well-being and evolution. To be aligned with nature and in tune with the flowing rhythms of our world.
Through practice, awareness of our embodiment deepens to become a guiding force in our lives. We experience being in the flow, awakening Prana, the flow of energy through the body; the flow of breathe in sync with the movement of our body. The meditative states that arise from practicing help us to stop the stress cycle and awaken to the inherent peace within.
I am honoured to share the wealth of knowledge received from my teachers, to inspire people to discover ways to live with a healthy mind, body and earth.
My dedication as a teacher is to share the wonder of yoga, to serve, to help others to open up to the wonder of our sacred inner peace through the practice of yoga.

Prana Vinyasa is a practice of moving meditation, of fluidity, strength, flexibility, cultivating awareness, freedom and empowerment. Prana Vinyasa awakens the instinctual expression of the radiant energy of flowing movement to the Spirit and the to beauty of nature. It is the cultivation of a deeper awareness of our connection to the rhythms and cycles of the earth and to our vital life force energy ‘Prana’.
Prana Vinyasa is an energetic creative approach to embodying the flow of Yoga, enhance awareness, cultivate fluidity in movement, emerging into moving meditation, developing inner and outer strength and flexibility; evolving to a state of unified consciousness.
