I immersed myself in Ashtanga Yoga for practical reasons - to be able to practice anywhere, anytime, and independently.
What the Ashtanga method ultimately gave me was a structure in which the physical practice becomes a profound moving meditation.
While Ashtanga remains the foundation of my personal practice today, I continue to explore beyond the traditional series, guided by the same principles that make the method so powerful.
