Use Yoga as a transformative tool for physical, mental and spiritual growth.

“First find rest” Quote by Geeta Iyengar.

  • Reduce hot flushes and night sweats.
  • Balance your mood, reduce anxiety and find a better sleep.
  • Build and maintain healthy bone and muscle mass.
  • Understand how hormones effect your life.
  • Keep a healthy libido and avoid weight gain.

About Caroline

Caroline Hailstone has over 20 years Yoga teaching experience she has can teach Hatha, Restorative, Flow, Pre-natal and Yin and contracts to studios as a Senior Teacher.

On a recent trip back to the UK Caroline immersed herself in studies on the endocrine system through this she has developed Wise Woman Yoga a Yoga Workshop for menopause and hormone balance which is what she now specialises in. Caroline teaches in Ponsonby and is looking forward to taking her workshops around the country. I have developed a wonderful Yoga Program for all women and I am excited to share my knowledge through Wise Woman Yoga Work Shops and help women better understand how to balance and connect with their hormonal system naturally.

My passion and dedication to the art and science of Yoga has led me on a wonderful journey of learning. As a teacher it is my goal to help students discover their own practice pathways through the foundation of well structured asana with the help of props for support and alignment this combined with a strong focus on breath connection is, I believe a solid foundation to overall health and wellbeing.

I look forward to sharing my teaching experience today, tomorrow and for many years to come.

Caroline and Waiheke

Caroline Hailstone has a longstanding love affair with Waiheke Island having moved there from the UK in 1991. Caroline established the first Beauty Therapy clinic on the island, “Beauty On The Beach”.

She then went on to teach regular community Yoga classes in Surfdale, Ostend and Oneroa. Since then she has moved to Auckland where she created Wise Woman Yoga which is a unique Yoga workshop designed to help women experiencing menopause and peri-menopause symptoms.

Because of my connection with Waiheke I want to share this Yoga experience with the local community and help guide women through the physical, spiritual and emotional journey of midlife.
