QIGONG
Qigong (pronounced ‘chee gong’) is an ancient, holistic, healing tradition originally from China, that generates vitality and life force energy.
Qigong is practiced worldwide and has proven benefits. ‘Qi’ means energy and ‘Gong’ means movement. By combining breathing, awareness, movement, and meditation, practicing Qigong generates energy and restores quality health.
All of the movements help the Qi (energy) flow along the energetic channels in the body, strengthening the body, mind and spirit and promoting vitality. Qigong movements also balance the circulation and stimulate the internal organs.
The benefits of regular Qigong practice include:
A feeling of youthfulness characterised by more energy and less stress
A healthier body including noticeably improved posture, flexibility and tone
Improved problem-solving, better judgement, mentally ‘quicker’
A more positive approach and attitude to life
Healing specific ailments including recovery from injury

I’m Michael Goodhue.
I grew up on a farm in rural New Zealand. My childhood fostered an understanding of how important our physical bodies are, as well as a deep connection to nature and land. I enjoyed rugby, tennis, squash, and multisport events, and consistently aimed for new levels of fitness.
During my career I have worked for global companies, founded businesses, rejuvenated sluggish organisations and managed large scale events. I’m known for my motivation, novel thinking and affable manner. On a personal level, Qigong is the daily practice that helps me maintain my enthusiastic energy.
Qigong has allowed me to experience the concept that ‘everything is vibration’. For over 20 years I’ve used Qigong to increase my wellbeing. I’ve increased my fitness, flexibility, strength, and been able to balance mind, body, and spirit. Qigong has also been instrumental in my understanding of Self-Mastery.
Although my journey of Self-Mastery is not complete, I am at a point where I am now able to help others in their Self-Mastery journey.
SELF-MASTERY
Self-Mastery is the process through which the heart, mind, and soul evolve to achieve a higher level of consciousness.
As we raise our vibration, we become more attuned to all aspects of vibration – physical, emotional, mental, social, environmental, and spiritual. We begin to realize that consciousness flows through all things, including us, and the power we have to create is unlimited.
Self-Mastery involves taking full responsibility for your own life.
The first step is awareness. As we become aware of our intentions, thoughts, and emotions in every moment, we more align with universal consciousness. When we live in alignment, we experience ‘flow’ and how easy life can actually be.
